Audits
Compliance Audits consist of written program reviews, interviews with staff and employees and physical walks through the facility or site. These audits will identify positive and Compliance negative trends.
Safety Behavior/ Culture Audits consist of staff and employee interviews, as well as physical walks through the facility or site. The basis of these audits is not to find compliance issues, but to identify behaviors and perceptions of the safety culture within the facility or site. These audits are the key to successful safety programs.
Ergonomics Audits consist of employee and staff interviews and review of muscular skeletal injuries and their location in the facility. Once trends have been identified, we will photograph and video employees at those workstations to identify possible indicators creating the injuries. We will then review the photographs and videos and report findings back to our client with possible solutions. BSCT will also help our client find vendors to correct the issues with workstation design or devices to reduce stresses on the employees, if necessary.
